At KOKO HOME, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Every KOKO HOME Waterless Diffuser includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Electrical malfunction
- Power failure under normal use
- Internal mechanical defects
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty Claim
If your diffuser experiences a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase:
- Email us at kokohome.us@gmail.com
- Include your invoice
- Attach a photo or short video showing the issue.
Our support team will review your claim within 2 business days.
Our Promise
If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, KOKO HOME will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product,
- Replace the diffuser with the same or equivalent model, or
- Provide another appropriate solution.
