Returns & Warranty

We want you to feel confident with every KOKO HOME purchase. Please review the guidelines below before starting a return or warranty request.

30-Day Returns

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and include the original packaging and accessories.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Fragrance Oils

For product-quality and hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance oils are final sale. Unopened fragrance oils may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Diffusers

Unused KOKO HOME diffusers may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once fragrance oil has been placed inside a diffuser, the diffuser is considered used and is no longer eligible for a standard return.

1-Year Limited Diffuser Warranty

KOKO HOME waterless diffusers include a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date covering manufacturing defects during normal household use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by incompatible oils or liquids. If a diffuser qualifies for warranty service, KOKO HOME may repair or replace the product.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will review the request and provide the appropriate next step.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval.

Product Care & Safety

Use fragrance oils only as directed. Keep oils out of reach of children and pets, and avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. Follow the diffuser instructions provided with your product.
